The Pack Horse Ford Guarantee
All items that are offered by Pack Horse Ford Relics are 100% guaranteed authentic and as described for the lifetime of the item. If for any reason you would like to return an item, you may return the unaltered item within 7 days of when the item is shipped for a full refund minus the shipping and credit processing costs if applicable.
WV Residents: please add 6% to total for tax
Forms Of Payment
Forms of payment accepted are personal checks which must clear before items are shipped (Usually takes 10 days), cashier’s checks, money orders, and Pay Pal (only on orders over $100.00).
Layaway Policy
Layaways are available on items over $100.00 with 1/3 down payment, and the balance paid within 60 days. The down payment must be received within 7 days after the order is made. The 60 day layaway period starts on the date that the particular items is ordered. The item will be held until fully paid for. Once paid, the item will be shipped on the next business day. If full payment is not received within 60 days (unless other arrangements are made), the item will be re-listed and all monies will be forfeited. There are no refunds on items in layaway.
Shipping
All items will be shipped USPS priority mail unless otherwise requested. Insurance and shipping prices will be added to the total cost of the items sold. Insurance is recommended on all items. If insurance is not purchased, I will not be held responsible for any damage or loss of the item. Any item(s) which amount to or over $100.00 MUST be insured for the total amount of the items purchase price. I do not charge any handling or carrying fees. All items which I sell will be carefully packaged to insure a safe and sound delivery.
Shipping is as follows:
5-10 bullets or one plate $5.00 however larger items will cost more
Insurance is as follows:
$100.00 = $2.00
$200.00 = $4.00
$300.00 = $6.00
$400.00 = $7.00
$500.00 = $8.00
Each Additional $100.00 just add $1.00
International Shipping
I do offer international shipping only by letter mail which means the package must weigh less than 4lbs. Also all international items must be insured for the full amount of the items bought. If insurance is not requested I will not be responsible for lost items once they are in the mail.
Returned Items
All items are 100% guaranteed to be authentic to the civil war period unless otherwise noted. If for any reason you would like to return an item, you may return the item unaltered within 7 days of when the item is shipped for a full refund minus shipping costs. All returned items are to be insured, and in the exact condition as when shipped to receive a refund. If returned items are not insured and damage or loss has occurred in shipping, then I will nullify the return. Items which are on layaway are non returnable.
